Christmas Eve Service

Making Advent Fun!

To make this a fun experience with your family, set a time each day to use the advent calendar as a family devotional, read the verse, ask questions, and give a piece of candy to each person that participates.

Join us in being intentional this Christmas and show His love to the world! Consider planning one intentional family activity each week to “live out” Christ’s love to others.

Remember you don't have to do them all. Please check back next week for NEW ideas.

Week 4: When is Jesus Present?

  • Revelation 1:8, 17-18; 22:12

Being Intentional:  Reach Out to Someone

Christmas time can be such a busy season and we forget to slow down enough to see one another. Today, we can be intentional to carve out time to call or reach out to someone you haven't spoken to in awhile to ask them how they’re doing and how you can be praying for them.

  • John 1:1-5

Being Intentional:  Give a Special Gift to God

Give God a special gift from your heart to his. Seek him intentionally today and ask him to reveal something personal that would please Him. Maybe, this will look like a financial sacrifice, forgiving someone, or taking a first step in obedience that you’ve been withholding.

  • Luke 2:1-3

Being Intentional:  Spend 20 mins. With God

Set aside twenty minutes to be fully present with the Lord. Take some time to read your bible and pray for God to show you his heart. Journal about what He reveals to you.

  • Revelation 5:11-14

Being Intentional:  Be Fully Present With Those Around You

We can be intentional today by being fully present with those around us. This might look like putting your phone away and playing a board game with the ones you love. Or it might look like picking up your phone, giving someone a call and genuinely asking about their day.

  • Daniel 7:13-14 & Revelation 1:7

Being Intentional:  Spend Time In Prayer

As we anticipate the celebration of our Savior's birth, let’s take a minute to slow down today. Be intentional by spending time in prayer with Jesus, "the light" of the world.

  • Revelation 22:20

Being Intentional:  Attend a Christmas Eve Service

We would be honored if you would join us for one of our Christmas Eve candlelight services, at 2:30, 4:00 & 5:30pm. Don’t forget to bring your family and friends. This is a family service but childcare will be available at our 2:30 & 4:00pm services. We hope to see you there!

Online services will be live on our Watch & Listen Page

  • HEbrews 10:19-25

Being Intentional:  Read a Bible Devotion With Family

We hope you have a wonderful day with your family and friends. We hope you will set aside a time of devotion and be intentional about revealing the person and work of Christ to your family. Merry Christmas!
