Women's Ministry

Women’s Ministry at Shiloh exists to help women to love God, love His church and show His love to the world. We provide opportunities for women to grow in their knowledge of the Lord, connect in friendships with other women, and reach out in service to others.

We welcome you to join us, and hope we can be a resource to encourage and equip you! The following is a listing of our various opportunities for women. Feel free to contact Kevin Redding at kredding@shilohcc.net or the church office for more information.

Young Woman's Craft Group

Next quarterly craft night: TBD

Hey Ladies! This group was created for fellowship to take place between young married (and engaged) ladies and young mommies with children. We have set up this group to keep everyone informed on upcoming events, play dates, craft nights, ect. Enjoy getting to know one another!

Once a quarter, we will have a very simple and generic (most likely seasonal) craft which will be hosted at Shiloh for everyone to join in on. Our quarterly craft nights at Shiloh will take place in December (Christmas Décor), March (Easter Décor), June (Independence Day Décor), and October (Fall Décor).

For the monthly craft nights, someone from the group hosts and teaches a specific craft in their home. You may pick and choose which crafts interest you and only attend those, or you can just come for fun to any/all of them just to hang out! Please contact Brooke Summers if you'd like to attend the next in-home monthly craft.

If you have a specific skill you would like to share with others in this group, or if you have any questions, please contact Brooke Summers brooke.roddy@yahoo.com or Taryn Burba.

Thank you all and look forward to seeing you at these events!

Page Turners (book club)

3rd Monday of the month

We have a passion for finding good books and sharing them with others. We believe books are the bedrock of learning, the foundation of a good education. George Verwer once said, “With 26 lead soldiers I can change the world.” Join our dialog, share your ideas, become a page turner.

For a complete list of books, meeting dates and other information, please visit the Pageturners blog. You can also contact Marianne Harder at pageturners@smharder.com.

The Shiloh Stitchers

Tuesdays, 9:00am - 2:00pm

Stitch? Knit? Quilt? Crochet? If you like to be creative please join us on Tuesdays! We are women who love laughter and learning, fabric and fun, creativity and charity. Many of our creations are donated to charity and even more are cherished by family and friends. We have young and not so young friends meeting together on Tuesdays from 9:00am until 2:00pm in the Shiloh Community Center. Contact Linda at lindareynolds@cox.net or call the church office for more information.

Coffee at the Bean

Mondays once a month, drop in 6:00 - 8:00pm

Next gathering: TBD. We are currently looking for someone to lead "Coffee at the Bean." If you are interested, please contact Pastor Kevin.

Join us on the 2nd Monday of the month at The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (Cave Creek & Beardsley) for an informal time of fellowship and community. Connect with other women from Shiloh, and bring a friend to introduce them to our wonderful ladies. Don’t miss this exciting time together.
